We can assist in the preparation and registration of an Lasting Power of Attorney and in applications to the Public Guardianship Office for Receivership, Gifts and Statutory Wills.

We act as Attorneys or Receivers for many individuals and have lawyers appointed to the Public Guardianship Office Panel of external Receivers for clients with brain damage/injury, mental illness, mental impairment and other disabilities.

We can give advice to clients considering entering Care Homes or Nursing Homes, particularly with the benefits available to be claimed both from the Department for Work and Pensions and from the National Health Service.
